Gretchen’s coaching began with her involvement in the Pastoral Leadership Institute when she and her husband received training as Missional Leader coaches. Over the years Gretchen has mentored pastor’s wives, teachers, and now writers and speakers. She has gleaned much from her fellow writers in Word Weavers International and has served as President of the Pensacola chapter.
